Monogram/Embroidery Turnaround Time

We promise to do our best to get your product(s) personalized and out the door as soon as possible. Our standard turnaround time to complete and ship product is usually 10 days to 3 weeks depending on our current demand to satisfy orders. During peak times of the year (e.g. Easter, Christmas, New Years, etc.) or having backorders due to suppliers' product availability, turnaround times may exceed our normal timeframe.

If you absolutely need to get your product sooner please enter the desired date needed on the product's page in the comments section. We will make every effort to satisfy your deadline. However, please only specify a deadline date when absolutely necessary. Over use of this request ability could cause orders for all customers to be delayed, including your special deadline request. We appreciate our customers' cooperation.

If there is anything you see in a store or on another website that you would like us to provide, send us an email via the Contact Us page and we will do our best to get it done!  Just because you don't see it here on our site, doesn't mean we can't get it or create a design for you!  Doesn't hurt to ask!



Shipping Information

For all orders under $50 we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping and usually ship via USPS Priority Mail with an expected delivery within 2 to 3 days (based on USPS promise). However, we do reserve the right to use any other shipping method and provider available for efficiency.

All orders $50 and above ship free. The provider (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx) and shipping method is at our own discretion. We will make every attempt to ship your product in the most efficient method possible.


Embroidery Thread Colors

Actual thread color selected from the Thread Colors page may differ slightly from actual color due to your computer screen display settings and characteristics.

Defective Item, Returns & Replacements

We make every effort to quality control all of our items prior to shipping. However, if you should receive an item with a defect or flaw within 30 days of the shipment date please contact us with a description of the defect and receive a return material authorization (RMA) number prior to returning. Please do not return your item without a RMA number. 

All personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the defect relates to the personalization work we performed.
